At Fotto.AI we stand behind the quality of our AI photo generation. If you are not happy with the photos you received, we offer a full money-back guarantee — no questions asked.
Your satisfaction matters to us. We would rather refund you and learn from your feedback than keep you as an unhappy customer.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply send us an email at info@fotto.ai and include the following:
- The email address you used to sign up for your Fotto.AI account so we can locate your purchase.
- A short description of the issue — what went wrong, what didn’t look right, or any other feedback about your experience.
- Optionally, examples of the generated photos that did not meet your expectations (you can attach or paste them into the email).
Any detail you share helps us improve the product for everyone, but none of it is required to get your refund — we will process it regardless of the reason.
How Long It Takes
Once we receive your email, we will review your request and issue a refund to the original payment method, typically within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
We will confirm by email as soon as the refund has been processed on our side.
What Is Covered
The money-back guarantee covers all one-time credit purchases made on Fotto.AI. Whether you used some of the credits, all of the credits, or none at all, you are still eligible to request a full refund if you are not happy with the results.
If you have any questions before requesting a refund, or if you would like us to try to fix the issue first (for example, regenerate your photos with different settings), feel free to mention that in your email and we will be happy to help.
